Senior System Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in system engineer comprised with server and storage.
  • Must have expertise in Dell/ HPE x86 servers and the experience in RISC servers will add additional value.
  • Sound knowledge regarding the enterprise grade storage and hands-on experience in storage (Dell/ HPE) deployment.
  • Hardware troubleshooting for servers and having the clear concepts regarding the server motherboard, processor, memory, RAID controller, HDD, PSU, NIC etc.
  • OS and virtualization level understating are must needed.
  •  Having clear understating on SAN infrastructure, FC connectivity and basic networking.
  • Understating and experiences in working VMware platform, vCenter manage and deploy, VMware HA and FT.
  • Having experiences in deployment of different backup solutions (Commvault/ Veritas/ Dell EMC) will be preferred.


3-4 years

Education Qualification:

Minimum B.Sc. in EEE/ CSE/CS/ETE/IT or equivalent from reputed University.

  • Office Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM, 6 Days Per Week.

  • Maintain recruitment process such as posting job advertisement, initial CV screening, arranging interview session, coordination the interview.
  • Develop and update assessment method time to time.
  • Prepare training budget for each department or the organization.
  • Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
  • Develop KPI based performance management system, monitor & implement it.

Educational Qualification

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management.
